# Keeping count while loading and reloading

I am trying to code in AS2 an swf that has 3 buttons in it. Clicking on any button loads a new swf. After that swf plays, it reloads the original swf. Once all 3 buttons have been selected, it changes the alpha on another button. My snag is how to keep the count while loading and reloading the original swf.
