# Kinkos/Staples Printing 11"x17"

I need to print two 11" x 17" images from photoshop. The background is pure BLACK, the foreground has images and white boxes.

Would kinkos/staples/any print biz charge more for having a pure black background rather than plain white? More ink wasted?
