# Kirupa flash php email - Help modify php

Hey Guys -  
I’m having trouble modifying the php from this project to make it read how I’d like in the email that it outputs.

I only have input variables - “name” and “email”.

I would like the email that gets sent to read like this:  
from: “email”  
subject: Name and Email Address from Wickler Demo

Message: “name” & “email”

Here is the php I’m using now - Can anyone help me simplify it?
