Hey people.

Ok…i’m having a hard time w/ kirupa’s photogallery flash & xml tut.  
First of all my images are half the size of kirupa’s pics. How do i center my pictures? or re-size the mask in the .fla??

all i see is a circle for the mask  
i don’t get it.  
newbie here
