# Language Wiz Needed!

Hello,
I am in need of someone that can develop pretty good HTML templates, and it would be awesome if you knew flash as well. But the main thing we would need you to know are the following langauges:
HTML
XML (OPTIONAL)
PHP
ASP
VB (OPTIONAL, BUT WANTED)
And like I said before some template knowledge.
Also,
We are a brand new company and we havn’t opened yet, so we don’t have the money to pay you hourly, etc… so we pay you according to the work you do on the site, and if you are going to add PHP, ASP etc… it will cost a lot more money.
Hope somebody can help!

Umm… Do what kind of work? ASP and all that stuff… That’s all I basically do anymore… _lmao_…
