# Laptop acting weird

Eveyr time i try to display “my documents” or “download” folder, i got this message : Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working. The thing when i try on others folders everything is ok. I try to keep my computer to update and i have kaspersky as antivirus. Does anyone knows how can i solve this problem
