# Layering Transparent Flash Content over HTML

ActionScript 2.0…Need Help.  
I am trying to display transparent Flash content over HTML, without disabling the html links under the flash.

here’s my example:

[http://wildwood.wildwoodclient.com/portfolio.php](http://wildwood.wildwoodclient.com/portfolio.php)

so when you rollover Services the drop down displays nicely over the html but when you go to click on “Virtus Financial Group” the link is disabled b/c the flash content is published on top as transparent. But “Jason Champion Outdoor” link works fine b/c it is below the flash.

Is there any way to enable the html links under the flash menu?

any help is appreciated.
