# Layers in netscape

I downloaded this extention for dreamweaver, it centers the layers on a site and claims that it is compatible with netscape 70. and below. I have netscape 7.1 on my CPU and it won’t work. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Is there another way I can center my layers?
