# Legal issues on celebrity photos online

Let’s say I want to create a Website with celebrity photos wallpapers. I gather the photos from the internet, I edit them, add backgrounds, add text. Not selling the wallpapers. Offering them for free, but the website contains ads.

Are there any copyright infringment or something like that?
