# Legal problem with font

I need to find a font allowed for **commercial use** in my **flash game** , but I’m having some trouble to understand the agreement. On [http://www.dafont.com/foo.font](http://www.dafont.com/foo.font) it says “ **Free** ”, but when I read the license agreement in the .rar file I get another impression.

“The fonts contained in the archive (zip) are part of the [Larabie Fonts Collection from [URL=“http://www.typodermic.com/index.html”]Typodermic Fonts. The fonts are free for commercial use.
