# Libabry Objects Actionscript

My question is simple:

Can we edit Actionscript of “Movie Clip” Library Object apart of the main TimeLine?

Sound puzzled? Look at [this](http://pub40.ezboard.com/fkirupafrm19.showMessage?topicID=854.topic) old topic.

I had same problem - all action panel form my new created Library movie clip was disabled, as long as I did not put the clip on the main Timeline.

**But** , look at “Mosquito Killer” example provided with Flash 5. "Mosquito " clip initially **not** placed in Main Timeline, but still, it has Actionscript that can be edited.

How, heck they did it?
