# Line effect in scratch old movie. please help

I was wondering if anyone can help me on creating a background like the background used in this [http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash5/advroll.asp](http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash5/advroll.asp)
But i only need the line effect and not the scratchy and old effect.
Please help me out.

That is just basic motion tweens. You can see a pattern when you look at it long enough, and this was asked before and kirupa stated that it was just tweens.

Hey, thanks electrongeek for taking over on this.
I was going to whip up something but I find myself with less and less time to have flash opened these holiday days.
With new years coming up I am preparing for that, and my girlfriends birthday… oye. December is a hectic month for me.
2 birthdays, christmas, an anniversary, and new years…lol.
