Hi Kirupa,

I was looking into the article [Using Value Converters](http://www.kirupa.com/blend_wpf/value_converters_pg2.htm) and the link to download the Blend project file (KRuler Background) is not working :cop:

I really want to complete this tutorial ;)…can you please upload the project file 🙂
