# Linking a button to play an .exe file?

I have 2 questions, first I need to know how to link my flash site to play a .exe file thats already been built. The second question, I was wondering if it is better to make each page of your site on different scenes or have it all on one scene and have gotoAndPlay(); action on all my buttons taking me to the different pages. Thanks in advanced.
