# Linking from a MC to main timeline?

Just wondering if any one had a quick bit of script that enables you to click a link that is in a Movie Clip and so that it goes to and plays a frame in the main timeline??

Iv got the normal script: on (release){  
gotoAndPlay(1);  
}

do I need to add \_root. ??
