# Linking to external sound files

Hey folks,

I’m using a MP3 that will play in the background of my website. I’m building a custom audio player which the user will be able to control the stop/play cabablities of the mp3. However, I want to put the mp3 file in a seperate flash movie and link it to play in the main flash movie - so that I can keep the size of the main flash movie small.

Does anyone know how to load an mp3 file from one .fla to another?
