# Links only show in Output Panel

Hey,  
Can someone please take a look at my attachment, Im trying to make my first AS3 xml menu, and the only thing i have left to complete it is that my url in my links dont work. All i see when a link in the menu is clicked is the output panel updates, but the browser doesnt change in testing.

Thank! Please HELP ME!!!
