i wanted to make this for those who want to learn about a basic LiquidLayout.  
it took me a minute to find a file like this one. thats why i decided to out this source out to you guys. i know how much of a pain it can be.

anyway, i hope you understand this.

the attached file is a CS3 version.  
the links are for FL 8.
