# Liquified text

hi, i was wondering if anybody knows how to make text “liquify”, or if it has already been done, where to get my hands on something like that… i would like it to shimmer as if it’s underwater and then resolve to the original font. i hope that makes sense. i have a feeling that this isn’t really possible to do with motion tweening

you mean have a pool sort of effect ??  
I’d guess you’d turn you image in to text, have a couple of copies of that image a few pixels appart and then apply one or two masks between the images…

if you want the font to ‘liquify’ as i understand to look molten, i have absolutely no idea…
