Job Summary  
Responsible for design, development and maintenance of graphics and multimedia training products. This position will work closely with internal and external customers to create industry leading e-learning products.

Job Description

This position is responsible for producing animated graphics and photo-realistic images using Flash. This position will develop concepts from storyboards in collaboration with Courseware Developers and arrange them into a finished, high-quality layout. This position will work closely with team members on all projects and will be responsible for individual as well as team deadlines.

Key Responsibilities 
· 90% - Develop graphics from storyboards for interactive training products 
· 10% - Identify quality and process improvements 

Qualifications 
Knowledge Required 
· Minimum of two years experience in graphic design or equivalent
 educational background with an emphasis in graphic design or fine arts 
· Experience in Flash, Photoshop 
· Experiencing working in a Windows platform environment and using   
 compressed web graphics 
· Ability to develop technical illustrations from storyboard content 
· Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet production goals and
 deadlines 
· Must have strong communication skills 
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
