# Live score update toolbar

Hi  
I have to make a toolbar which can be installed at the client end.  
At server whenever I change the variable values they get changed the same moment for all the instances of toolbars opened at client end  
What would be the best way to do it?  
How would flash fare for such a thing?  
or Should I use .NET?
