# Load external JPG with fade in effect on button mouseover

I’m wanting to replicate the transition effect when pressing each section button on [http://www.kenzo.com/kenzo.htm](http://www.kenzo.com/kenzo.htm)

The effect is a fade in of the background image, then on button press down text box / animation image appear / background stays visible.

How do I do this effect / sequence but keep all the image files external

- the animation image probably as external SWF
- the background image as external JPG
- the text box as external SWF with text from XML file
- the site menu as separate SWF

Help??
