nope you dont have to unload because its loading a diffrent movie into the same level of the mc

example: if you load x.swf into target emptyclip its gonna load into the main level wich is zero on the emptyclip, now when you load another movie into the emptyclip once theres a movie loaded it replaces the movie wich was orignally there so you dont have to unload it because when you load another swf its replacing whts ther, now if you load into another level on the emptyclip you would have to unload it dependeing on the level the swf your loading is going to be placed.
