Heya guys. Got a prob with loading movies into an mc.

It loads ok with no problems, & I am using a preloader when loading the movie, the problem is it dosn’t seem to be resident in the cache, & loads over again when you click the button or refresh the page, rather than using the cached movie…

check it here, you will see what i mean.

the loaded movie in question is the home window.

any help would be great, thanx!

cheers!

\*\*\*\*.

anyone else?

when i refresh the page or click the button, the loaded movie re-preloads over & over again…

it may be in the cache, but it downloads every time. I thought the whole reason for the cache was to save on downloading the same thing over & over again…

ideas?

cheers!
