# Loadee movie commanding loader movie

My main swf loads another swf, using the “loadmovie” command - target not level

I would like inside the “loadee” movie to disable some buttons in the loader movie.

ive tried \_parent.btn.enable = false  
and \_root.btn.enable = false

also tried setting the button in the loader movie as a global variable

none of it works

any help gratefully received
