# Loading a frame from another movie

ok, this is something i have done many times before, but it has been so long since i have needed to, that i have kinda forgotten how… and i lost all my previous files last year (long story)…

ANYWAY… what i am wondering is, how to load a frame from another movie.

i know how to load a frame from the current movie you are in, but i need to, for example, be able to click a button and it to load frame 3 from another movieclip.

any suggestions?
