# Loading a seperate gallery fla into a movieclip

I load an swf into an empty movie clip on the stage, but how do I position it, using x and y values, I figure its something easy, but just cant figure it out, its late and I been working on the gallery all day now I just need to poisiton it where I like it. Also can you load xml text into a movie clip or just a textfield because I would like to load text when you click on a certain button like Bio but when you click on a seperate button it loads in the gallery in the exact spot and the text disappears. Can someone please let me know how to do this or show me some code to do this.
