# Loading dynamic xml data

hi everybody  
Iam trying to create a user login system.  
i want to load all the data from an xml file.  
my problem is that i want to this whole thing with as3 & xml nd it shuld reject with username that does not exist in xml  
i do not want to use php  
can anyone guide me how do i go further  
any help wuld b highly appreciated
