# Loading sections of your website (ill explain, please help!)

Well here is what i want to do. you can see on [http://www.rr.com/flash/](http://www.rr.com/flash/) what i want to accomplish. When you click on one button you can see how the inner part of the website loads a different site. How was this done without refreshing the whole site? The reason i want to do this is so i can have a flash site where when i click on a different link the size of the site can very. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP.
