write in my way

```auto
stop();
var loader:URLLoader = new URLLoader();
loader.dataFormat = URLLoaderDataFormat.VARIABLES;
loader.load(new URLRequest("test/links/getVideo.txt"));
loader.addEventListener(Event.COMPLETE, sendAndGetVars);
function sendAndGetVars(Void):void {
    trace(loader.data is URLVariables);
}
//FLVurl
```

but get:

\*\*Error #2101: The String passed to URLVariables.decode() must be a URL-encoded query string containing name/value pairs.
\*\*
Why?
