# Loading video losing audio?

I just followed the tutorial on how to import video clips into a flash movie. I imported the quicktime video to stage and embedded it in the movie…

Good…  
It works great, the buttons I made for it works etc… but the audio is gone. What am I supposed to do that I didn’t?

Also, it seems like the video quality went down… Is there a way to enhance the quality?

What is the best way to upload video (quicktime movie) onto the web?  
Is there a way that is universal among macs and pc’s so everyone can see and hear?
