Hey gang, has anyone been successful getting a WMA video file to load (and play) into another frame?

In other words, can I link to the WMA file in the left frame column and have it load and play in the frame to it’s right? I’ve been unsuccessful following the traditional linking format (\<a href=“Cool.wma” target=“right”\>)

Thanks!
