# loadMovie Help

I’m new to this and I’m working on a website for a friend of mine. I made the site all in one, works fine on my computer, uploaded, slow as molasses. Go figure. There is alot of audio and a ten minute video. I’m trying to use loadMovie but I’m having no luck. I’ve done all the research I can think of, besides this. I need some help. Is there a better way of doing this to speed the website up? I know some action scripting, but I’m not professional coder.
