# LoadMovie Troubleshoot help!

Hi there all,

I am fairly new to the Flash side of web development…

I have just started to make a site out of flash, and am using the loadMovie variable/constant. I have made an intro to my site, and it has an enter button on there, and the actions for the enter button are  
on (release) {  
\_root.contents.loadMovie(“mainsite.swf”);  
}

but when i load the .swf file up, and click the button, the old content doesnt go away, and results in having the intro and the mainsite there ??
