# Local server problems! \[mysql & possible php\]

ok, I am setting up a server… But I am not using these easy install applications like Xampp and WAMP I am using the original things from the providers, [apache.org](http://apache.org), [php.net](http://php.net) and [mysql.com](http://mysql.com) all gone well until the MySQL ☹

Problem:  
**I downloaded this [MySQL quick admin and uploaded it… It requires no installation, when I run it via: http://no-dude.zapto.org/mqa](http://mysqlquickadmin.com/) nothing appears, just a blank, empty page…**

More stuff:  
\*\*I have installed PHP correctly, as you can see via: **[http://no-dude.zaptop.org/info.php\*\* so I should see no problem… I am using the latest MySQL release… I am learning off a tutorial [URL=“http://www.php-mysql-tutorial.com/install-apache-php-mysql.php”]here](http://no-dude.zaptop.org/info.php)**

anyone know what the problem is? before I have to resort back to the oh, so boring Xampp services :td:
