# Logo/Brand check - be harsh and honest

I kinda formed a mini design group with some guys, and we have settled on the name and the logo (which was mine from the get go). But I just want to make sure it is solid and distinctive, as this will be printed on shirts and a bunch of other stuff company related. And now its a little different because I am dealing with investors and their money so I wont this to be a strong and solid deal. So hit me with the good and the bad. And let me know which is stronger. Pretty much all the same except some minor diffs.
