# Logo critique needed

Hi there,

wondering if i could get some of your much appreciated expertise. I am in the process of designing a logo for a client. The client is ContentEd, a web content company that offers educational courses on writing professional content for the web. You can check out their site and their current identity at [http://www.contented.com](http://www.contented.com).  
As you can see, it’s pretty rad.  
For the new logo, the client wants to convey the feeling of contentedness, as well as making a difference of the words ‘content’ and ‘ed’(ucational).  
Attached is a concept i have come up with that i like, but was wanting a second opinion or two.
