# Logo design of an educational organization

Hi everyone,

I need help regarding logo design of an educational organization  
There are some certain requirements for designing the said logo

The organization’s IT department sent me a PDF which mentioned the following requirement; I am not getting these points.

A rationale must accompany each entry.  
Entries should be mounted on art card and clearly marked for identification.  
The design must maintain integrity upon reduction. Please include a 1” version.

Please help me by explaining the points listed above.
