Hai guys, I’m kinda new with flash and was wondering if any of you guys could help me out with the effect seen for example on [this](http://www.spin-webdesign.com/) page. The logo and the links do blink for a while. I don’t know how this effect is called and would appreciate if one of you can help with a tutorial or point me out where I can find a good tutorial of this effect.
