# Looking for a 3D globe with protruding cities?

[COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]Does anyone know of any solid tutorials of an interactive globe with major cities protruding out from the surface? I know I’ve seen this on sites before but I can’t find this kind of thing anywhere. I’m wondering if this can be accomplished without the use of a 3D program? Thanks in advance![/FONT][/COLOR]
