# Looking for a design with a fixed header

I had found a css design that employed a fixed css header that stayed at the top when scrolled. I didnt note the technique used but it worked cross-browser. Anyone seen a layout or can link to one that successfully uses a fixed header cross browser? I seem to remember that this persons method did not use JS.
