Hi everyone,
I know there are pros out there in CSS that will have a sample of a site like this [http://www.antemeridiemdesign.com/index.php?p=contact](http://www.antemeridiemdesign.com/index.php?p=contact). I need to know how to create the top navigation like that site by clicking on Services, Portfolio and Contact and it is taking you to the section of that link and you are still on that page…I guess it is like an anchor with smooth animation.

So I am hoping someone could send me an example.

Thanks,

Stan 🙂
