# Looking for Flash Developer partner

Hello,

My name is Enrico. I am a 37 years-old electrical engineer always working on new ideas. I live in the Denver area. I am looking for a software developer and partner to help me bring to fruition an idea that, I believe, has a great marketing potential.

I need somebody who would be able to develop an interactive flash multimedia website targeted to children (age 6 through 14). Main requirements, in addition to software expertise, are flexibility, imagination, \*\*love for children \*\*and, of course, some available time.

\*\*I am looking for a partner, not a freelance person to pay for a set project. I just do not have the funds for that…. \*\*My plan would be: I share the idea, my partner develops the software for the website, we work on the content and then we market the idea together, let it grow for a few months to a year (or whatever is necessary) and then sell it. I would like to work with somebody that I can trust and I can develop a friendly and commonly beneficial long-term work relationship with.

I would require you to sign a non-disclosure before I share the idea. I would like to see some work you have done and/or possibly have some references. We can talk a little more via email first and then maybe setup a Skype conference meeting. If you like the idea, great, if not, no problem.
