\*\*Looking for somebody to make a logo for my new website it must include a logo and text not just fancy text. Heres is what I need.

1. Logo (icon)
2. Text Of My Site
3. Professional Looking
4. Modded for both light and dark backgrounds
5. Must include PSD
6. Preferably a blue colour

My paypal is verified and my feedback on here is good (you can check).  
Payment is upto $20 depending on level of expertise and quality and can be agreed upon before the job.
