Hey there, thanks for taking a look at this post.

I am the lead developer and director at IQ Foundry (an interactive agency) in Madison, WI. I am looking for developers looking to establish a long-term career with a team of professionals that is passionate about doing great work.

There are only a few requirements.

You must be a well educated (self or university) object oriented developer.

You must be willing to relocate to Madison, WI.

You must be a team-oriented person, who enjoys working with and collaborating with others.

I am looking for smart people who like to get things done and enjoy a challenge. We are a different kind of company, where doing great work and taking on responsibility is valued.

If you are somebody looking to establish yourself in a position with a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to lead projects, get in touch.

(If you know somebody we should get in touch with, let me know–there is a referral reward if we hire somebody you recommend _cough_ iPad _cough_)

You can reach me directly at scott (at) [iqfoundry.com](http://iqfoundry.com)

Best,

-Scott
