Heya peeps 🙂

Ive been having a look around the kirupa tutorials and i seem to be able to remember a tutorial for the shudder effect seen in some kirupa banners, but i cant find the tut ☹

Anyone know if thats still around on here or if not is there another place with a similar tutorial?
