You might have remember me complaining a month or so ago about a problem with a wire coming loose and frying my computer. Well it ended up being my harddrive, vidcard, and motherboard. After I rma’ed the vid card and motherboard and used my second hd I was able to boot up and start from scratch:bored:

Moral of the story, check all power cables to see if and of the wires are coming loose. Could be catastophic.

that sucks. I had my power supply die on me and so i bought another to see if that was the problem. I managed to fix it only to realize later that i didn’t plug in my cpu fan and ended up burning my mother board.

Always triple check.

You know how power the main power cables for your hd and cd players has a plastic piece with 3 or 4 prongs in them? Well one of those prongs had fallen out of the plastic piece and was dangling around in my computer case. It probably was from me forcing the power cable into the connector. When i opened my case I could see the cable hitting my hd and sparks were flying.
