# Lost everything

My dad sent my laptop to a computer shop to get it fixed since he said it wasn’t logging in anymore. I researched with my pc and it turned out to be a logon exe problem.

Well, they returned it and actually RESTORED THE LAPTOP TO FACTORY SETTINGS. without backing it up.

SO yeah, i lost gigs of personal files(includin gpics, videos, and every single text file i’ve compiled over the years.

lesson is, always backup. and boy do i mean it;)
