# Mac OS 10.4.3 and the missing Flash files

When using Flash content on Mac OS 10.4.3 whether it is the built in Flash buttons in Dreamweaver or custom Flash content using Flash 8 neither of these approcahes allow content to be loaded within a html frame. They force the content to load in a new window. However, simple text only hyperlinks in an html page will open content within a frame. Why does this happen?

PS once the content is created it will work correctly on a PC.
