My friends and I are poor kids and are always looking for ways to enjoy Magic The Gathering. So after learning much about Flash and constructing a few websites in Flash and a mini version of D&D Flash, I wanted to create MTG in flash. I know how to build a database to contain the cards to be accessed by a flash client but a few bugs I need to work out in the actionscripting. aka I need some help on the actionscripting for the game. I want to work out these few things in the game-

- create a player hand that contains the cards (movieclips? assign stuff to them…)
- have those cards clickable so they can be draggable in the player screen
- have a table on the side of the player area for a task assigner showing the step the player is on (the player can just click a radio button to show what step he/she is in)

Thats about it, but the biggest problem I have right now is working with the movieclips and trying to have them work with images. Those images I am talking about are the cards themselves. If I could be pointed to articles or tutorials on MovieClips that deal with images like that and assigning properties to them I would be very grateful. Thanks for your help!
